Cancel Order Policy

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order by sending us an email at support@theluvshak.com.

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

I have not received my order yet. Can I cancel it and get a full refund?
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

I mistakenly put an incorrect shipping address. Can I cancel the order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible and delivery delays or return-to-sender may occur.
